- What's included in the free trial?
- Professional and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in the plan so you can evaluate Reconix against your real intelligence workflows before committing.
- What counts as a lookup?
- Each full intelligence profile of a domain counts as one lookup. Multi-page crawls count one lookup per page analyzed. The Starter plan is designed for occasional, exploratory use; Professional and Business plans cover production workloads.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the month. Downgrades are applied at renewal with no penalty.
- How does the API work?
- Professional and above plans include REST API access. Each API call that triggers a lookup consumes one lookup from your monthly quota. API keys can be managed from your dashboard. See our API docs for endpoint reference and rate limits.
- Is my data kept private?
- Lookup results are stored in your account only and are never shared with third parties. Enterprise customers can opt for on-premise deployment to keep all data within their own infrastructure. We do not use customer lookup data to train models.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available on Professional and Business plans at a 20% discount compared to monthly. Contact sales@reconix.ai for Enterprise annual pricing.

What does the free trial include?
Full access to the Professional plan for 14 days — no credit card required. You get 50 lookups to explore complete technology profiles, AI signals, compliance data, and API access. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account pauses. No charge either way.
What counts as a lookup?
Each unique domain you look up counts as one lookup. Looking up stripe.com and shopify.com counts as two lookups. Refreshing a profile to get the latest data counts as a new lookup. Viewing a previously cached profile within the retention window does not use a lookup.
How fresh is the data?
Profiles are built on demand the moment you look up a domain. You can request fresh data for any domain at any time — just request a new lookup. Cached profiles are retained for 90 days on Professional and Business plans so repeat lookups are instant.
Do you store the profiles?
Yes. Profiles are retained for 90 days on Professional and Business plans, then automatically removed. Enterprise plans can configure custom retention periods or opt for zero-retention mode. You can export or delete all your data at any time from the dashboard.
Can I watch domains for changes?
Business and Enterprise plans include domain watching. Set up a watch list and get notified when technology changes, new trackers appear, compliance posture shifts, or infrastructure moves. Alerts are delivered by email or webhook.
What's the difference between plans?
Starter gives you basic technology lookups. Professional adds full AI intelligence, compliance data, subprocessor mapping, and API access. Business adds domain monitoring, change alerts, team seats, and white-label reports. Enterprise adds custom retention, SSO, and on-premise options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your billing settings — no forms, no friction. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, and your data is preserved if you reactivate.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Save 20% with annual billing on Professional and Business plans. Switch to annual in your billing settings or contact support to migrate from a monthly subscription. Enterprise contracts are annual by default with flexible payment terms.
